Screening & Consultation
Not sure if your child needs therapy?
A Screening/Consultation is a great starting point.
This is a brief, informal check of your child’s speech-language or fine motor milestones to determine if their skills are age-appropriate.
The screening includes:
30-minute session at our center.
Brief observation of your child.
Short parent interview. At the end of the session, we’ll let you know if your child’s skills fall within the typical range or if a more in-depth evaluation is recommended.
Cost: $50 for a 30-minute screening/consultation.
Note: If your child is already receiving therapy or has been recommended for an evaluation by a medical professional, this step may not be necessary.

Evaluation
For a comprehensive understanding of your child’s developmental needs, we offer team-based evaluations led by a speech-language pathologist and occupational therapist. Evaluations include:
Standardized Testing
Informal Assessments
Review of Records (IEPs, etc.)
Parent Interview
The evaluation process is play-based, focusing on your child’s strengths and areas of need. It usually takes 1-2 sessions (45-60 minutes each), and you’ll receive a written report with an individualized treatment plan.
Types of Evaluations:
Play-Based Assessment: $185
Standardized Assessment: $300
If your child has completed an evaluation within the last 6 months, we accept the results and can begin therapy right away.
