Opening for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist position located in Overland Park, Kansas, United States.

Typical hours for this position would be Monday 9:00-7:00, Tuesday 9:00-7:00, Wednesday 9:00-7:00, and Thursday evenings 3:00-7:00.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assessment and treatment for our pediatric population’s communication needs.
  • Timely and quality documentation (initial evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports)
  • Implementation of parent/caregiver collaboration to facilitate generalization of skills
  • Coordination of care with other service providers
  • Support a project that aligns with your professional interests


Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Kansas State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in a clinical setting working with pediatric populations is a plus
  • Knowledge of current evidence-based practices and treatment techniques for speech, language, executive functioning, and social emotional support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required

The salary range for this position is negotiable based on experience.
