Our Empowering Girls! group is designed to help elementary-aged children build social connections, improve executive functioning, and develop stronger self-regulation skills in a fun, interactive, and supportive environment.

What to Expect
Our expert facilitators will guide children through structured, play-based activities that encourage cooperation, leadership, and independent problem-solving in a fun, supportive group setting.

Each session begins with a welcoming activity to help girls transition into the group and feel connected to one another.
From there, participants will explore meaningful topics such as navigating friendships, setting boundaries, embracing their strengths, and advocating for themselves. Activities will be interactive and hands-on, allowing each girl to share ideas, practice new skills, and feel empowered in her voice.
Who Can Join?
This group is perfect for elementary-aged girls of all abilities who want to improve their social confidence, teamwork skills, and emotional regulation.
No prior therapy services with Bringing Therapy Home are required--everyone in the community is welcome!

Non-refundable deposit: $50 due at registration (applies toward the total fee)
Missed sessions are non-refundable

If your child has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or therapy goals from another provider, we are happy to integrate them into group activities.

By cash or credit card: Payments accepted at our center. Once payment is received, a receipt will be emailed to you.

If this is your child’s first time attending, one of our facilitators will reach out to learn more about their strengths and needs, ensuring they get the most from their summer experience.
